So, In this movie what we see is a "New-Avatar" of "Captain America". New Costume. New Shield. But, the aggression & the power is still intact & ruthless. You see gone are the days for Captain America when he was old-fashioned but now he is in style at par with Iron Man or Batman. So, after the moderate success of the first movie & massive success's for "The Avengers", "Iron Man 3" & "Thor: The Dark World", the movie takes ahead the story of "The Avenger's Alliance" & "S.H.I.E.L.D. But, to be honest "Iron Man 3" was damp & boring. But, this movie was clearly a big move & to be honest an Awesome, one!
So, the story picks up with "Captain America" played by "Chris Evans" in the modern world. He is awesome than ever, Fitter than ever & powerful than ever. He is in his best shape. After seeing the new world in "The Avengers", he is convinced that the world is still has it's beauty intact but is in a bad shape. He is still trying to adjust himself to a modern-day Washington DC. He is making a list in his pocket-book that what he has missed in the past years. He gets to flirt quite a bit with Natasha Romanoff aka, "Black Widow" played by "Scarlett Johansson", who gets to kiss her & she says, "Was that your first kiss since 1945?"
In the first film, we saw Rogers just dispatched the evil Nazi offshoot "Hydra". But, the S.H.I.E.L.D's head, Nick Fury played by "Samuel L. Jackson" believes that their is something wrong going in "Project Insight". So, then we see a journey of Captain America & his team race through action-packed scenes. But, the biggest threat they have got are launching of the three super giant "Helicarrier" gun ships that can stay in the air for an indefinite period & is carrying weapons. And also, one of the protectors of this evil plan known as the "Winter Soldier" played by "Sebastian Stan". Well, you don't need a mastermind to predict the plot of a "Marvel" movie & it's ending too, but the journey that takes you through the end, that's what makes it awesome.
As for the acting, "Chris Evens" is in the best shape of his life. He looks awesome & he has improved a lot in his acting skills & impresses you with his acting. He is just majestic in the action sequences. Scarlett Johansson, is as sexy as ever. Great acting done by her & has an amazing role in this movie. Sebastian Stan, who plays "Winter Soldier" has a limited role & dialogues but whenever he comes on the screen he takes you breath away. But, the highlight of this movie was "Robert Redford" with an unusual role, he gives the franchise a twist & a good one. And the second thing that makes these super-hero movies worth are there "background scores". Movies like "Batman Trilogy" & "Man Of Steel" has make it big because of their awesome soundtracks & Captain America: The Winter Soldier follows the footsteps of it. The chase scenes & the action scenes make this movie go to a whole new level.
So, in the end the conclusion is "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" is a power-packed movie & is indeed a "MUST WATCH".
